Here are some frequently asked questions to help you get comfortable while ordering from us!
I just ordered! When will I receive my package?
Shipping information is provided to you on checkout, depending on where you live you will receive package earlier or a bit later due to your location. Keep in mind that due to Covid-19 shipping issues or delays may arise.
Do keep in mind when you preorder a product manufacturing will take time. You will receive shipping information once your product is fully assembled and ready to ship.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Sofort, and Klarna.
Do you charge import taxes or customs fees?
No, but you may have to pay them depending on your location. If you live outside of the USA, Asia or EU import or custom fees may be required on shipment.
Where are your products made?
Our team consists of members based in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Manufacturing primarily takes place in Asia, while concepts and artwork are done worldwide. Our team is remarkably diverse consisting of multiple sketch artists and 3d modelers.
Will there be discounts/coupons?
Yes! There will be. Once we expand our inventory and retain a small customer base, we will offer coupons frequently. Raffles are also being considered for implementation.
Can I see more of your work?
We will be creative an archive of all our products and will be filming video of it all as well!
How do down payments work?
Down payments or payment plans make it easier to slowly pay off a piece versus paying for all of it at once. You will be charged a nonrefundable deposit at first and will have to make monthly payments on said product. Please see our refund policy if you are having any difficulties with planned payments.
Do you accept commissions?

Do keep in mind that the price point for commissions is much higher than our retail products, as we would have to produce a unique product for you!
